Alchemize Your Anger is a trauma-conscious yoga experience designed to help you explore, express, and transform the energy of anger.
Through grounding practices, strong intentional movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll learn how to safely connect with the body’s signals and release stored tension.
Rather than suppressing or ignoring difficult emotions, this class offers a supportive space to channel them into empowerment, clarity, and inner balance.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—come as you are, with all that you’re carrying. Expect to leave with a calmer nervous system, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of strength.
