Since their explosive debut in 1997, The Dusty 45s have been setting the Pacific Northwest music scene ablaze with their unstoppable blend of rockabilly, country, roots rock and Americana. Fronted by the dynamic singer/songwriter Billy Joe Huels—who rocks vocals, guitar, and trumpet with equal energy—the Seattle-based band has built a reputation for delivering high-octane live shows that keep music critics buzzing and fans coming back for more.Over the years, The Dusty 45s have become a cornerstone of Seattle’s music culture, earning radio play on legendary stations like KEXP and sharing the stage with national icons like Wanda Jackson and Adele. Now, as they approach the release of their latest album, All the Beauty In Between (out November 22), The Dusty 45s are poised to remind the world why they’ve been a favorite for nearly three decades. The album–written during the isolation of 2020–blends their signature roadhouse vibe with deeply personal reflections on life, love, and everything in between. Produced by the dangerously gifted Ryan Leyva (aka Johnny Nails) and recorded at Seattle’s Studio Litho, it’s a raw, honest record that will bring the crowds along for the ride at their hometown release shows.
