About Nia: By its definition, Nia is a holistic movement practice combining elements of martial arts (tai chi, tae kwon do, aikido), dance (modern, jazz, Duncan dance) and relaxation techniques (including yoga, Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais).
Nia is practiced in bare feet. If you need to wear shoes, please bring indoor-only, soft soled shoes to use during class. Filtered water is provided. We have two bathrooms available onsite suitable for changing. Street parking is available nearby our studio. Please arrive early as this is a popular area.
