DIPAC is celebrating Alaska Wild Salmon Day on Sunday, August 9th, 2026!
Highlights of the day:
- Admission to the Ladd Macaulay Visitor Center is free for Alaska residents with their state or military ID.
- We will be offering free, behind the scenes tours of our facility for Alaska residents at 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, & 4pm.
- All salmon products in the gift shop will be 10% off
- It's DIPAC's 50th Anniversary! Stop by our booth inside the visitor center to learn about our history and community impact the past 50 years (& grab a 50th anniversary sticker and pin)
- Alaska Fly Fishing Goods, ASMI, ADF&G, & Coppa will have booths set up with various activities, demos, & goodies
- 50th anniversary vests and mugs will be available for purchase in our gift shop
Hope to see you there! Booths will be set up from 11am-3pm, but the Visitor Center will be open from 10am-5pm.
