Alameda Labor Council's 2026 Unionist of the Year Dinner

As the year comes to a close, we want to thank you so much for your generous participation in our 2025 actions, including and foremost our August 22nd Unionist of the Year Dinner: Labor Forging Power: Community & Respect.

Since then, we have shared many successes on the local level to show how Labor is forging power with community & respect. We are proudly collaborating with others at the regional, state, and national level to rebuild a future that will ensure all working people have safe and healthy working conditions and livable wages - when working people thrive, communities thrive! We look forward to doing more with you in the year to come.

In the meantime, as you enjoy time with your loved ones during this holiday season, please take a moment to MARK YOUR CALENDAR now for our 2026 Unionist of the Year Dinner on Friday, August 28th, when we will lay out our vision for the rebuilding and continued strengthening of our future.

Details of our dinner and 2026 Awardees will follow early in the new year - rest assured plans are underway for another special evening at the Oakland City Center Marriott from 6 pm - 8:30 pm.
