What a day we have in store for you!Learn from the best and master a wonderfully indulgent 3-course Winter Menu at the state-of-the-art Alain Roux Culinary School in the grounds of The Waterside Inn. Let our expert, friendly Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, guide you through the day, with a mix of practical demonstrations and helpful advice before you create your own dishes. Expect much fun, the personal touch, lots of deliciousness and a truly memorable day.
