The Alabama Taxidermist Association is proud to host our 50th Annual Competition & Convention, taking place June 18–21, 2026, at the beautiful Guntersville State Park Lodge in Guntersville, Alabama.This milestone event combines a premier taxidermy competition with four days of education, fellowship, and family-friendly fun—making it the perfect destination for both professional growth and a mini vacation.
Taxidermists will have the opportunity to showcase their mounting skills and creativity by entering work in the competition. Each entry will receive professional critiques from our top-notch judging panel, providing valuable feedback for continued improvement. Placement ribbons will be awarded, along with prestigious honors presented during the banquet awards ceremony.
