We are excited to host this event in Fairhope and we would like to make this event as enjoyable as possible for you and your teammates.
We are planning to use Round Robin draws format unless the entries get to large and then we might convert to FIC thru the Qtrs.
We would like to share our new tournament format with you. We hope you will like it and that it will attract players from across the state. Please let us know if you have any questions.

FORMAT: Team & Individual
Each team will have 3 doubles teams within the same or lower NTRP rating.
Each doubles team will compete as an individual team and their results will count towards the team's points.
For divisions with less teams or no teams formed, we will play tournament as an individual doubles draw.
So if your draw didn't have enough doubles teams to form big team or at least two teams, we will plan on playing it out as a individual doubles clay court championships.

Teams can submit their own roster and/or place players or doubles teams on the teams as requested. WE ASK CAPTAINS TO NOTIFY US ABOUT THEIR CAPTAINING ROLE AND ABOUT THEIR TEAM ROSTER.

Players can enter as an individual doubles team. We will assign you on the available team as needed and as requested.

POINTS for TEAMS COMPETITION: 2 Points for main draws win, 3 Points for Finals win and 1 Point for the Consolation/Backdraw and Playoff win.
We will have ALABAMA champions for individual doubles teams and for TEAMS in each division as well.
