على مدار خمسة أيام، يقدم معسكر سلاطين ومماليك زيارات وجولات في أسواق القاهرة القديمة، وقلعة صلاح الدين، والجامع الأزرق، وجامع السلطان حسن، وقصر الأمير طاز. بالإضافة إلى ألعاب تفاعلية وورش عمل فنية وحرفية زي كالنقش على النحاس، وصناعة الخزف، والحفر على الجبس، وفنون الطباعة والكولاج وغيرها كتير!
ثلاثة من أنشطة المعسكر من تصميم وتنفيذ متدربي برنامج صناعة الألعاب التعليمية - أحد برامج مشروع شغل تراث لتدريب الشباب في الفئة العمرية من 18 لـ 27 على الصناعات التراثية - وهي ألعاب خالص بالص مالص، وسلاطين وعمائر، والجامع الأزرق.

اليوم الأول – خالص بالص مالص
تصميم وتنفيذ: بافلي وائل، وفريدة حسام، وناهد عماد الدين، ونهال خالد، ويمني الجوهري.
الأحد 1 فبراير، من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 3 مساءً
رحلة لاكتشاف سر مثل "خالص بالص مالص"، نتعرف على تاريخ أسواق القاهرة القديمة وأبوابها. نبدأ بزيارة وكالة قايتباي في شارع المعز لدين الله الفاطمي، انتهاء عند سوق الخيامية. نواصل مع لعبة لوحية تفاعلية لفهم طبيعة الأسواق، ونختتم اليوم بتصميم حافظة نقود وتزينها بفن الطباعة على القماش.
اليوم الثاني – سلاطين وعمائر
تصميم وتنفيذ: سارة طارق، سامي عاطف، وهدى مصطفى.
الإثنين 2 فبراير، من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 3 مساءً
نبدأ بزيارة قلعة صلاح الدين الأيوبي وجامع الناصر محمد بن قلاوون. بعد الجولة، يتعلم الأطفال عن تاريخ الجامع وعمارته من خلال مكعبات الأحاجي المصممة خصيصًا، ويصممون بطاقات تذكارية مستوحاة من زخارف الجامع المميزة وتجربتهم وما تعلموه خلال اليوم باستخدام فن الكولاج.
اليوم الثالث – الجامع الأزرق
تصميم وتنفيذ: عبد الرحمن محروس، فاطمة سليم، مروة شيرين، هاجر مسعود، يسرا رفعت.
الثلاثاء 3 فبراير، من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 3 مساءً
نتعرف على تاريخ جامع آق سنقر، ثم نشارك في مهمة ترميمه بعد الزلزال الذي ضرب القاهرة في الماضي من خلال لعبة أحاجي من نوع خاص! بعد ذلك، يدخل الأطفال عالم الخزف المملوكى من خلال صناعة أعمال فنية باستخدام التلوين على الفخار.
اليوم الرابع – السلطان حسن والشطار
الأربعاء 4 فبراير، من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 3 مساءً
نزور مدرسة السلطان حسن ونحل ألغازًا ونبحث عن كنز الزخارف. بعد ذلك، نتعلم فن النقش على النحاس ونصنع قطعًا فنية باستخدام هذه الحرفة.
اليوم الخامس – رنوك ومماليك
الخميس 5 فبراير، من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 3 مساءً
نختتم المعسكر بزيارة قصر الأمير طاز، حيث نتعرف على حياة المماليك ووظائفهم ورموزها المميزة. يشاركون سويا في الكشف عن حفائره، ويصنعون قطعًا فنية بالحفر على الجبس.

For five consecutive days, the Sultans and Mamluks Camp offers exciting adventures, including visits and tours to various historical sites such as the old markets of Cairo, the Citadel of Salah al-Din, al-Sultan Hasan Mosque, and al-Amir Taz’s Palace.
They’ll also enjoy a wide range of interactive games and workshops where they’ll learn traditional crafts like copper engraving, pottery, stucco carving, printing and collage, and more, providing a hands-on learning experience.
The Young Adults Game Design and Activity Coordination Training, Heritage Works project, has contributed to our camp. Their designed games, including Khalis Malis Balis, Architecture of the Sultans, and the Blue Mosque, ensure a fun and educational experience for your children.

On this day, as we explore the markets and gates of Old Cairo, we will uncover the enchanting stories behind the famous saying 'Khalis Malis Balis'. Our day will start with a visit to Wekalit Qaitbay in al-Mu’izz Street, followed by an interactive game that will fully involve each participant, helping us understand how the marketplaces were regulated. In the afternoon, each participant will make their currency pouches and paint on fabrics.
Day 2: Architecture of the Sultans
Monday, February 2nd, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We’ll begin our journey with a visit to Qal’at Salah al-Din, where we’ll explore the Mosque of al-Nasir Muhammad ibn Qalawun. Participants will learn about the mosque's history and architecture through specially designed puzzle cubes. They will then create souvenir cards inspired by the mosque's architectural patterns, experiences, and what they have learned during the day using collage.
Day 3: The Blue Mosque
Tuesday, February 3th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We will embark on a journey to explore the Aq Sunqur Mosque's history. We’ll join in assisting the conservation process of the mosque after the earthquake that struck Cairo in the past. After that, we will explore the world of Mamluk pottery art, Each participant will paint their pottery pieces
Day 4 – Treasure Hunt in al-Sultan Hasan:
Wednesday, February 4th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
We will visit the famous al-Sultan Hasan school. Inside the school, we’ll try to solve a puzzle and look for the hidden treasure.
After that, participants will create their own copper engraving pieces.
Day 5 – Blazons and Mamluks
Thursday, February 5th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The camp ends with a visit to al-Amir Taz's Palace, where children will learn about the Mamluk lifestyle. Through interactive games and illustrations, we will discover excavations, key ranks and positions that existed during the Mamluk era, and create their own stucco artworks.
