5:30 PM Kids Jiu Jitsu
6:15 PM Kids Kickboxing
6:45 PM 7 Year Celebration!
7:15 PM Adults Jiu Jitsu
8 PM Adults Muay Thai Kickboxing
Get ready for an action-packed evening of jiu jitsu / kickboxing for both kids and adults!
🔹 Team VS. Team Jiu Jitsu Challenge
NoGi Kids all Belts/Adults NoGi White/Blue Belts
-Teams will be chosen by team captains.
Each match is 3 minutes, with the goal to score as many submissions as possible!
-After 3 minutes, your teammate will start in the same position you left, earning 1 point for ending the round with a meaningful control position and 1 point for each submission.
🔹 Super Matches (submission only)
- 3-minute matches for kids
- 5-minute matches for adults
🔹Kickboxing!
Two 2-minute Rounds demonstrating their skills. The more technical person will win.
Light contact, no damage.
