97年に海外でサルサに出会い、98年にDJとしてのキャリアをスタート。地元神戸、大阪を中心に 名古屋、東京などでも活躍するなど幅広く活動し、2000年～2010年代、大阪では伝説として語り継がれる関西最大のラテンイベントSWING LATIN in BALI HAI にてレギュラーDJを務める。
2008年にDJ ANDYと共に「Conexion Latina」を立ち上げ、神戸で10年以上続くSALSA POWER PLAY のオーガナイザー兼DJとして活動。Salsa,Merengue,Bachata,KizombaDJプレイにMCをMIXする独自のスタイルでフロアを沸かせるLatin StyleDJ。
DJ活動の傍ら、ビジネスエグゼクティブコーチングや人や組織のコンサルタントを顔も持ち、「課長養成講座」（秀和システム）の出版や組織づくりYoutuberトルティーヤKOZOとして発信している。株式会社コーチングファームジャパン代表。
