AKC Fast CAT Trials

Join the Grand Forks Dog Training Club with our July Fast CAT Trials! Fast CAT (Fast Coursing Ability Test) is a timed straight 100-yard dash for dogs. Dogs are held at the start line and the coursing lure is activated prompting the dog to follow chasing it to the finish line and into a catch pen. The course is completely fenced, and dogs are run individually. Dogs are timed when they complete the 100-yard dash.
Entries are limited to 80 per trial or 160 a day.
We are only taking pre-registration which will end July 3rd or once our limit is hit, whichever comes first.
There will be 2 trials each day which give the opportunity for 6 total runs over the weekend!
Our trial will be held on grass with a 50 yard run out!
We will also have limited concessions available at the trial site!
Dogs must be 1 year or older the day of the event to participate. They must also be AKC registered.
Fun runs, open to any dog of any age, will follow the last run of the day of Friday and Saturday.
