Akai x Patel Wine Event

Join us for the second installment of AKAI’s Wine Dinner Series—an elevated, four-course culinary experience centered around our exclusive partnership with Patel Napa Valley Winery. On April 22, we are honored to host Raj Patel, owner of Patel Napa Valley Winery, for a personally guided evening featuring a curated selection of wines from his vineyard.

Set within AKAI’s Private Dining Room, this intimate experience is limited to just 14 guests, offering a rare opportunity to explore the intersection of refined Japanese cuisine and exceptional Napa Valley wines. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement and enhance the character of each pour, creating a seamless and immersive dining journey.

This evening is both personal and elevated, blending storytelling, craftsmanship, and hospitality in a setting designed for connection. With extremely limited seating, we encourage early reservations for what promises to be a memorable night of flavor and wine.

Evening Schedule

6:00 PM – Doors open; guests are welcomed into the private dining room

6:30 PM – The four-course wine pairing experience begins promptly. Doors close at 6:30 PM to preserve the flow of service. Each course will be served approximately 15–20 minutes apart, allowing for a relaxed and intentional pace.

9:30 PM – Evening concludes
