Family Constellations is a powerful group process that helps reveal and release unconscious patterns passed down through generations. In this experiential workshop, participants explore how unresolved family issues—such as loss, conflict, or disconnection—may continue to influence present-day emotions, behaviours, and relationships.

What to Expect

Guided Introduction: Ivonne, the facilitator, will explain the principles behind family constellations, creating a safe and supportive environment.

Constellation Process: Participants may choose to explore their own family system or take part as representatives in others’ constellations. Using spatial arrangements and intuitive guidance, hidden dynamics come to light.

Emotional Insight & Healing: As the constellation unfolds, participants often gain deep understanding, compassion, and emotional release—allowing more peace, connection, and balance in life.

Integration Time: After each constellation, there is space for reflection, grounding, and gentle discussion.

Who Can Attend

This workshop is open to anyone seeking personal growth, emotional clarity, or a deeper understanding of family patterns that are affecting their personal life.  No prior experience is necessary.
