AIR Conference 2025

The Accounting in Reality (AIR) Conference is RCAS’s three-day, tri-campus flagship event, designed to enhance students' financial and professional skills. Kicking off on March 3, 2025, the first day features a case workshop led by CPP Investments, the case partner, where students will refine their analytical and problem-solving abilities. On March 5, CPA Ontario leads a Presentation Coaching Workshop, covering case presentation etiquette, slide deck building, and effective communication. The conference concludes on March 8 with the Accounting Symposium, where students will present cases before a panel of Big 4 judges, participate in recruitment workshops, and network with firm representatives. The final networking session provides an opportunity to showcase skills developed throughout the conference while expanding professional connections.
