Can you believe that we are turning 1 already? We thought of lots of ways to celebrate.. dress up party, coffee and cake... We settled on a pacer week! Have you been seconds off that PB time? no matter if its a run or a walk, or have you always wanted to try pacing? This is your way to do that. Rather try and get your time OR get a volunteer credit by pacing and helping a fellow parkrunner to achieve their PB time.
The paces we're offering are:
