Hosted at Revel Surf in Mesa, Arizona, this annual event brings together service technicians, repair specialists, builders, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and business owners for a day of fun, competition, and genuine connection. It's an opportunity to step away from the trucks, put down the phones, and enjoy the company of the people who make this industry one of the best there is.

The Golden Sunglasses Award

The highlight of the day is the presentation of the Golden Sunglasses Award.

This isn't awarded to the best athlete or the biggest competitor. It's presented to the individual who best embodies the spirit of Aiming Deeper—someone who brings people together, welcomes others, encourages new friendships, demonstrates great sportsmanship, and leaves the event better than they found it.

Each year, one attendee will earn the honor of becoming that year's Golden Sunglasses Award recipient, representing the values that make our industry stronger through community, leadership, and authentic connection.
