Join Art and Its Meaning (AIM) for a 2-hour self-care retreat designed to help you reset, reconnect, and realign as you step into 2026. This immersive experience blends movement, sound, creativity, and mindful presence in a warm, supportive environment.

This retreat is thoughtfully curated to nourish both body and soul and may include:

• A gentle yoga flow to release tension and ground the body
• Sound bowl healing to calm the nervous system and invite clarity
• A hands-on ceramics experience, where you’ll create a meaningful piece through clay and have it fired.
• Light bites and refreshments to support ease and connection

Your ceramic piece will be fired after the event, and you’ll be invited to return at a later date to pick up your finished work—a tangible reminder of your intention-setting at the start of the year.
