Aim High, Ground & Release

Info: • guest check-in from 8-9am. Given instructions to locate the tent in time to offload and settle in. Safety briefing will be held from 9:30 to 10:00. Meet and greet farm to table branch will be held from 10 to 12 during this time. Announcements will be made about the duration of the experience. All hosts and instructors will be present ending with icebreakers and Q&A’s. Therapeutic movement will be held from 2 to 4 option 1 hiked through Chattahoochee trails. Option 2 trap yoga. 5 to 7 is firearm training. from 7 to 9 guess we’ll be given time to go back to camp, have dinner and prepare for a long night. A safety brief will be held from 9 to 930 followed by our release firearm program from 10 to 1 AM.

Info: Early rises can join Brother easy for sound and stretch meditation at 7 AM. 9 to 10:30 we will hold a wild medicinal walk in tea time. Closing with our final release class from 11- 1.check out from 1to 2:30.
