Performance Company auditions are an opportunity for dedicated dancers to take the next step in their training.
At AIM, our Performance Company is built on commitment, discipline, and a passion for growth. Dancers are challenged to refine their technique, develop artistry, and represent the studio with professionalism both on and off the stage.
For the 26/27 season, we’re introducing exciting updates and new opportunities designed to elevate the experience even further. More details coming soon.
AUDITION SCHEDULE
Attend the audition time based on your age as of January 1st, 2027:
Mini/Petite 6 & Under
Juniors 7-9yrs
Pre-Teen 10-12yrs
Teens 13-15yrs
Senior 16+yrs
Mini & Petite Group Dance Audition
12:30PM-1:00PM
Junior & Pre-Teen Group Dance Audition
1:00PM-1:30PM
Mini/Petite, Junior & Pre-Teen Solo Audition
1:30PM-1:45PM
Must have 1 year of competition experience for a duo/trio, and 2 years for a solo.
A self-choreographed solo is not needed for this audition.
Petite, Junior, Pre-Teen, Teen, & Senior Group Hip Hop (Crew & Squad) Audition
1:45PM-2:15PM
Junior, Pre-Teen, Teen, & Senior Group Ballet (Prima & Premier) Audition
2:15PM-2:45PM
Junior, Pre-Teen, Teen & Senior Group Tap (Riff Tap Co) Audition
2:45PM-3:15PM
Teen & Senior Group Dance Audition
3:15PM-3:45PM
Teen & Senior Solo Audition
3:45PM-4:45PM
Must have 1 year of competition experience for a duo/trio, and 2 years for a solo.
Dancers should come prepared with a 30-second to 1-minute-long self-choreographed solo.
