The name Ailm, drawn from the ancient Irish Tree Language known as Ogham, symbolizes the pine tree, and with it, a deep connection to nature, heritage, and continuity. Just as each Ogham mark grows outward from a single line, Ailm Estate extends the Stewart family’s legacy into a new generation grounded in vision, sustainability, and innovation.
Guests will be among the first to experience Ailm Estate’s limited-release sparkling wines, along with a few cellar surprises, each crafted to reflect the brightness, depth, and vitality of the Okanagan.
Every effervescent pour will be beautifully paired with a multi-course menu by Chef Rod Butters, designed exclusively for the evening.
