Aikido Course

Get ready to learn the art of self-defense and harmony in a fun and engaging environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this course is perfect for all levels.

Instruction will be provided by the Aikido Association of America (Tim Spies Sensei, 6th degree blackbelt on Friday & Brandon Yang, 1st degree blackbelt on Saturday).

每週五上午 11:30 到 12:30
