Timothy De Costa is a Chicago-based art director and multidisciplinary creative with 14+ years of experience in branding, UX/UI, typography, and photography. A graduate of The Illinois Institute of Art–Chicago, he began mentoring peers early on and continued learning by building brands in the real world.
His work blends strategy with storytelling, creating design that connects through clarity and emotion. Passionate about mentorship, Timothy now shares the insights he wishes he had when starting out—helping emerging designers shape what’s next.
