About this Event
AIGA CT is launching a Wellness Series for creative professionals, and the first event is Community Drumming with guest facilitator Mark Zarillo.
Drumming is scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, and this session is designed to make that accessible to everyone. No background required.
What to Expect
The morning opens with a short conversation on creativity and wellness, followed by a 45-minute group drumming session using provided drums and percussion. The event wraps with light fare and open mingling.

About Mark Zarillo Mark is a Connecticut-based drummer, percussionist, drum circle leader, educator, and sound healing practitioner. He is a trained HealthRHYTHMS facilitator and has traveled to Guinea for a drumming and culture intensive. Learn more at drummingspirit.com.
