Experience the National AIDS Memorial Quilt and the Gilbert Baker Foundation’s Flag in the Map exhibit. Witness a part of American history that is being actively erased by this administration.
On display at Hunt Union Ballroom at SUNY Oneonta, March 21-23, 2025.
Friday, March 21-Sunday March 23: Open viewing, open to the public and school fieldtrips

The AIDS Memorial Quilt honors more than 110,000 individuals, across nearly 50,000 panels. Each panel is 3 feet by 6 feet, the size of a grave. Come experience part of the largest community arts project in history and continue to honor the 700,000 US lives lost to the AIDS pandemic as we display 96 panels on 12 blocks of the quilt.*Honoring Our Loved Ones*

Flag in the Map, a collaboration between the Gilbert Baker Foundation and ReportOUT, is growing collection of photographs and stories that reaffirms the universal power of the Rainbow Flag to inspire LGBTQ+ people – especially in countries where their everyday existence is threatened.
