Overview: Join us for a presentation and tour of the conversion of a historic office building into modern residential-use building. The building was recently renovated and expanded adding a three-story addition. The project offers studio apartments, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes.
Continuing Education Learning Units: 1.5 HSW (Pending Approval), remember to sign the AIA SWM atttendance sheet.
Personal Protection Equipment: PPE is not required.
