All are welcome to join AIA Phoenix Metro AIA10 for an exclusive tour of the newly renovated Peoria City Council Chamber on May 20, led by MOR Studio and the City of Peoria.

Delivered by a collaborative design-build team including MOR Studio, the City of Peoria, and Haydon Construction, the project transforms the Council Chamber into a brighter, more accessible, and future-ready civic space. Designed to support meaningful community engagement and the evolving needs of Valley municipalities, the renovation reflects a strong commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and innovation.

Attendees will experience a range of upgrades, including enhanced ADA accessibility, integrated technology, larger display monitors, and expanded seating with 30 additional seats to serve a growing community. New digital tools further streamline public participation, offering convenient speaker request options both online and through on-site kiosks.
