AIA Chattanooga August Chapter Meeting

Writing a good lighting specification is only the first step. This CEU is designed to help specifiers fully understand the bid process and how to keep control of their specifications. This course helps specifiers add more information to their understanding of the design, construction, and supply chain of luminaires in commercial construction projects. Specifiers understand more about common industry terms specific to the specification and bid process to better understand their implications. Together, we list, compare, analyze, and evaluate the pros and cons of several lighting specification methods. And, most importantly, we will identify and help specifier evaluate how to control substitutions to benefit their clients.
