This event will develop your ability to effectively use GenAI tools applicable to specific industries and business functions. This interactive workshop will equip you with the competencies to apply the latest GenAI productivity tools to solve business challenges faced in selected fields including accounting, finance, wealth management, human resource management, marketing, general management and sales.
After completing this program, you will be able to:

This event introduce you to the concept and principles of Emotional Intelligence (EI) through an engaging hands-on workshop. Participants will get a sound understanding of EI and develop practical EI skills that they can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives, such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, decision-making, and social skills.
After completing this program you will be able to:
- Understand and be able to communicate the basics of language and terms of Emotional Intelligence.
- Be able to use EI principles to manage emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
