This event introduce you to the concept and principles of Emotional Intelligence (EI) through an engaging hands-on workshop. Participants will get a sound understanding of EI and develop practical EI skills that they can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives, such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, decision-making, and social skills.

After completing this program you will be able to:

• Understand and be able to communicate the basics of language and terms of Emotional Intelligence.
• Be able to use EI principles to manage emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
