Presented by HC4A in partnership with AmeriCorps and 9/11 Day, the “AI with All” Youth Hackathon is a free, two-day regional initiative across Round Rock and Manor campuses.
3-5 student teams of 8-12th graders tackle real local challenges using no-code AI tools. No prior coding experience is required—every team is guided by dedicated tech coaches, nonprofit experts, and youth mentors.
Unlike traditional hackathons, this experience pivots directly from competition to community service: in the afternoon, student teams hand-deliver pre-configured refurbished laptop kits directly to local veteran families on-site.
What the Event Entails:
- 100% Free & No Coding Required: Designed as a vibrant "tech festival," students use accessible AI tools with zero prior coding experience needed.
- Co-Designing with Heroes: Student teams work shoulder-to-shoulder with nonprofit and tech leaders across 6 impact tracks (from Disaster Readiness to Healthcare Support).
- Direct Community Impact: Beyond building functional AI prototypes, youth volunteers will prep, customize, and hand-deliver refurbished laptops directly to low-income veteran families alongside digital literacy coaching.

Volunteers of all ages welcome
💻 Impact: 600+ people engaged, 500+ students, and 150 laptops distributed to veterans.
💵 Cost: 100% Free to attend! Meals and hydration provided
