This interactive session will cover some initial key AI concepts and different stages of adoption before exploring AI's impact in 3 areas
About this Event

AI is moving faster than most organisations can absorb it. What can HR professionals do to support their organisations and help lead a pragmatic response, at a time of confusion and rapid adoption?

This interactive session draws on original research from the Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW) and CIPD, exploring what HR professionals can practically do to help their organisations adopt AI well, not just quickly.

Led by Graeme Burns (Fellow of Practice, IFOW; Community lead of AI West, Director, Mavai Ltd) with Luke Hutchison (Fractional People Director, Netiro), expect a participative session where you can connect with other HR professionals, hear about each other's practical experiences, and discover insights based on the latest research.

We’ll cover some initial key AI concepts and different stages of adoption before exploring AI's impact in the areas of:

• Culture, strategy & leadership

• Performance, job design & change

• Talent & skills

You’ll work in small groups to share your own experiences, we'll then reflect on the research findings, and you'll leave with some new contacts and practical ideas on next steps you can action.
