Over three intensive instructor-led days, you will develop the practical skills required to lead structured AI transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business results.

This course is designed for professionals responsible for turning AI ambition into coordinated execution, including:

• Program and project managers leading AI transformation or digital change initiatives
• Transformation leads and delivery managers accountable for timelines, execution, and business outcomes
• Senior analysts conducting readiness assessments, workflow analysis, and organizational diagnostics
• Management consultants delivering AI transformation engagements for clients
• Internal change agents driving AI-enabled process improvement and capability building across business units

Prerequisite:
AI Transformation Foundations (AITF) certification is required before enrolling.

During this 2-days (16-hour) instructor-led course, you will learn how to:

1. Scope and launch a COMPEL engagement from discovery through kickoff using a structured 12-week execution model
2. Conduct multi-rater maturity assessments across 18 domains to identify patterns, gaps, and diagnostic insights
3. Build transformation roadmaps with initiative sequencing, dependencies, resource planning, risk adjustments, and quick wins
4. Redesign workflows and shape AI use cases so AI changes how work is actually performed, not just which tools are used
5. Coordinate execution across multiple workstreams spanning People, Process, Technology, and Governance
6. Navigate stage gates and decision points while maintaining momentum and delivery discipline
7. Design measurement frameworks to quantify business value, operational improvement, capability growth, and ROI
8. Craft stakeholder-specific communications for executives, middle management, and frontline teams
9. Manage resistance and build coalitions to improve adoption and sustain momentum
10. Design human-agent collaboration patterns for integrating agentic AI into real team workflows
11. Apply continuous improvement cycles through the Learn stage to extend impact beyond the initial engagement
12. Integrate all practitioner capabilities in a capstone simulation that mirrors real-world client delivery under time pressure

This is not a theory-heavy course. Each module produces practical outputs you would use in a real transformation engagement, including assessment findings, roadmaps, stage-gate deliverables, measurement structures, workflow redesign artifacts, and stakeholder communication plans.

Most programs focus on technology or governance in isolation. This course teaches you how to coordinate transformation across People, Process, Technology, and Governance at the same time.

You will not learn generic project management. You will learn a methodology purpose-built for AI transformation, from Calibrate through Learn.

Beyond strategy, you will learn how to redesign operational workflows, shape AI-enabled use cases, and build sustainable operating practices.

The course concludes with a compressed engagement simulation that brings together scoping, assessment, planning, execution, measurement, and communication in a realistic delivery environment.
