Discover how AI can help you learn anything, preserve memories, and share your voice at this hands-on workshop from the AI Equity Project.
About this Event

Discover how AI can help you learn anything, preserve memories, and share your voice. With guidance from student volunteers, choose your project: turn family stories or personal writing into podcast episodes or polished audio stories with narration and music; build an AI learning partner to master a hobby or skill you've always wanted; or preserve family recipes with AI transcription, stories, and beautiful cookbook designs. By the end, you'll have practical tools and creative projects to use, share, and enjoy long after the workshop ends.

The AI Equity Project brings free, hands-on AI workshops to libraries and community spaces. We recognize AI's ability to benefit everyone's daily lives and teach practical skills through hands-on creation and critical thinking - not lectures. Participants work with local high school student volunteers to build real tools, solve problems, and develop AI literacy they can use long after the workshop ends.

This program is for Adults 18+
