About this Event

Masterclass: 1 x 4 hour Virtual Sessions on Wednesdays 29 Apr

Enna Uwaifo leads a focused training and strategy session on AI, buyer personas, and the future of digital commerce infrastructure.

Join sustainable fashion consultant and AI product researcher Enna Uwaifo for a high-impact session exploring how AI, customer segmentation, and discovery systems are shaping who gets seen—and who gets missed—in digital commerce.

This session is designed for brands, product teams, and strategists who recognise that current marketing approaches are not converting underserved but high-value customer segments.

The session is structured around three connected parts, moving from understanding to challenges to practical solutions.

The Big Picture: AI, discovery, and digital “shopping deserts”
We begin with a clear and accessible breakdown of how AI systems, search, and recommendation engines currently shape online shopping experiences.
You’ll explore what these systems can and cannot do, and how gaps in buyer persona modelling are creating digital “shopping deserts”—where demand exists but is not effectively captured or converted.

The Challenge: why current marketing and AI systems underperform
The second part examines why brands experience high CAC or fail to acquire certain customer segments altogether.
We’ll explore:
→ the limits of influencer marketing as a conversion strategy
→ how incomplete data leads to weak AI performance
→ why visibility does not translate into sales
→ how hidden, trust-based networks (e.g. private communities and word-of-mouth) disrupt traditional attribution models

The Solution: building trust-layer infrastructure and AI-ready systems
The final session focuses on practical application.
You’ll gain insight into a methodology for translating real customer behaviour into structured, AI-ready systems.

This includes:
→ redesigning buyer personas for accuracy and scale
→ improving discovery and search alignment
→ building trust-layer infrastructure that reduces CAC and improves conversion
→ understanding how platforms like UNINHIBITED Search can act as a launchpad for reaching underserved audiences

Participants will leave with a commercially grounded understanding of how to improve marketing efficiency, unlock new revenue streams, and build systems that reflect how customers actually discover and trust products.

Who should attend?
• Brand and marketing leaders responsible for growth and customer acquisition
• Product and AI teams building search, recommendation, or marketplace systems
• Founders and SMEs targeting underserved customer segments
• Innovation, digital strategy, and eCommerce leads

Whether you are at the early stages of exploring AI in commerce or already investing in data and personalisation, this session will provide clarity, strategic direction, and practical frameworks you can implement immediately.

Limited spaces available.
If you're serious about reducing CAC and improving conversion in underserved markets, secure your place.
