About this Event

AI is reshaping your work. You need a plan to stay ahead.

AI Is Reshaping Your Work: Build Your 90-Day Plan is a one-day working session for anyone whose role is already changing because of AI, not just the people managing that change. One day. Four tools. A plan you will actually use, built at the level you actually operate.

Morning: Understand where you actually stand.

You will use a Signal Map to cut through the noise and name what is actually shifting, in your role, your team, or your industry. Then you will use a Capability Map to identify the gaps between where you are and where AI is pushing the work, at whatever level you choose to focus on.

Afternoon: Build the plan.

You will scope one AI initiative using a Working Backwards Framework, sized to your world: a personal workflow change, a team process redesign, or an organizational initiative. Then you will pull it all together into a 90-Day Map. One document. Your priorities, your gaps, your first moves.

Every tool, three ways to use it.

Each of the four tools opens with a scope fork. You choose Personal, Team, or Organization before you start the exercise, and the prompts, examples, and template adjust to match. Same underlying logic, same output format, different altitude. A mixed room works through the same day, at their own level, and still leaves with a coherent plan.

This is working time, not a lecture.

You will leave with four practical frameworks and the know-how to put each one to work immediately.

• A Signal Map showing what is changing at the scope you chose

• A Capability Map of the gaps between current state and what AI-era work requires

• A scoped AI initiative with a clear problem statement and first moves

• A 90-Day Map that is your game plan, sized to what you actually control

No certificates. Just tools and a path forward.

Who This Is For
  • Individual contributors whose day-to-day work is already touched by AI tools and want a personal plan, not just a tool tutorial.
  • Team leads and managers who need to redesign how their team works, not just adopt a new tool.
  • Directors and leaders scoping AI initiatives at the organizational level.
  • Mixed cohorts. The workshop is designed to run all three in the same room, on the same day, without watering down any one level.

What This Is Not
  • A technology training session. No technical AI knowledge required.
  • A prompt engineering course. This is about navigating change, not operating tools.
  • A leaders-only room. Every level of the organization has a stake in this and a seat at the table.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

1. Explain the gap between AI adoption and AI value, and identify what is shifting in your role, team, or industry.

2. Use a Signal Map to translate industry and role-level shifts into concrete implications, at the scope you choose.

3. Apply the principles of Relational AI (Context, Continuity, Trust) to how you or your team works with AI day to day.

4. Use a Capability Map to identify the capabilities an AI-integrated environment requires, assess current gaps, and prioritize what to build first, whether for yourself, your team, or your organization.

5. Scope one practical AI initiative using the Working Backwards framework, with a clear problem statement, scope, and success metric, at the level you choose.

6. Leave with a personalized 90-Day Map that turns your priorities into a plan you can act on Monday morning.
