AI in Practice: Community Showcase & Networking Event

Join us for AI in Practice: Community Showcase & Networking Event, a community convening that celebrates the launch of Future Now Learning and STEM Translation Co. while bringing together organizations working at the intersection of AI, education, and workforce development.

This event is designed to spotlight the incredible work happening across our region and to create space for meaningful connections, collaboration, and shared learning.

The evening will begin with a series of optional two-minute showcase presentations from participating organizations currently offering AI-related education or workforce programs. After the showcases, the remainder of the event will be dedicated to open networking, allowing attendees to connect, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Organizations that are not currently offering AI programming are still encouraged to attend and participate in the networking portion of the event.

• Workforce development agencies
• Libraries, museums, and community-based organizations
• Educators and program managers
• Organizations exploring or developing AI education initiatives

Organizations currently offering AI-related education or workforce programming will have the opportunity to give a two-minute overview of their work (no slide decks or visuals required)

If you are interested in participating in the showcase, please indicate this during registration. Space is limited, and participation is not required to attend the event.

This event is free and open to the community. We welcome organizations at all stages of AI engagement and are committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative space for learning and connection.
