As part of Tech Week Grand Rapids 2025, HR Collaborative is hosting a panel discussion on how HR and leaders can navigate the promise and pitfalls of AI in their people operations.

AI is rapidly reshaping the HR landscape—from streamlining hiring to strengthening learning and development programs. While AI can be a force for good, helping HR hire faster, it also comes with unique challenges, like amplifying biases. HR that understands the benefits and challenges of AI are better prepared to guide their organization into the future of work.

We'll be in-person on Tuesday, September 16, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT) for coffee, networking, and deep discussions on AI, hiring, and talent development.
