About this Event
Join us for a A 3.5-hour working session. You show up with a laptop and knowledge of how your business operates. You leave with a functioning AI system built on your existing tools, a map of where AI fits your operations, and a framework for evaluating every AI decision going forward.
We run you through the same methodology we use with our consulting clients. Stack-first: start with what you already have, find the integration points, build something that works without replacing your infrastructure.
You will have your laptop open. You will build.
What you leave with
- A working AI system configured for your business operations. Something you can put to use.
- Your AI Stack Map showing where AI connects to your current technology and where it does not.
- An AI Decision Framework for evaluating future AI tools and use cases without guesswork.
Who Should Attend:
Business leaders, operations managers, and team leads at organizations with 10 to 500 employees. People who make decisions about how their business runs and want to understand where AI fits, practically. You need to be comfortable using a laptop and willing to work through the exercises.
What to Bring
- A laptop, fully charged
- Knowledge of your current business operations and the tools your team uses daily (CRM, project management, communication platforms, spreadsheets, whatever your stack looks like)
The more specific you can be about your own operations, the more useful your build will be.
