AI for Veteran Businesses: Capability Statements & Government Contracting
About this Event
AI for Veteran Businesses: Capability Statements and Government Contracting
Join the Veterans Chamber of Commerce for a free, hands-on workshop designed to help Veteran business owners use artificial intelligence to strengthen their businesses and prepare for government-contracting opportunities.
Participants will learn how to use AI to organize business information, identify core competencies, explain business differentiators, present past performance, review contracting opportunities, and develop or improve a professional capability statement.
This is a working session, not simply a presentation about AI. Attendees should bring a laptop, charger, company logo, business information, NAICS codes, certifications, and any current capability statement materials.
Six desktop computers will be available onsite on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptops.

- Use AI to support business development
- Understand what agencies and prime contractors look for
- Identify core competencies and differentiators
- Present past performance effectively
- Review government-contracting opportunities
- Create or improve a one-page capability statement
- Use AI responsibly without including inaccurate or sensitive information
