We’ll start with the bigger picture: why AI matters for the modern Realtor and how to keep pace with the industry. Then we’ll put those ideas into action through live demonstrations and guided exercises on your own laptop.
Homies AI is the practical platform we’ll use throughout the workshop to bring these workflows together. You’ll learn by doing, work through realistic buyer and seller scenarios, and build a workflow you can take back to your business.

Who it's for
Realtors, brokers, and real estate teams who want to understand AI and actively use it in their businesses. Beginners and people who have never used Homies are welcome, with more advanced prompting and reusable workflows later in the day.
Bring your laptop
Bring a charged laptop, charger, and access to your email so you can follow the setup and hands-on exercises. Use a sample buyer or seller scenario for practice. A phone is useful for account verification, but a laptop is recommended for the workshop.
Food & admission
Food is included. The event is limited to 100 attendees, with 50 public early-bird seats at CA$20 each and a separate allocation for broker-invited guests. Broker guests should use the coupon supplied by their broker when registering.
