About this Event

It is no secret that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is poised to revolutionise the business world as dramatically as the internet. As a current or prospective northeast business owner, you will no doubt be wondering:

  • What exactly is AI, and how does it work?
  • How can I use AI to elevate my business?
  • What threats does AI pose to my business, and how can I avoid these?

Wonder no more! This talk is aimed at all current and prospective business owners in the northeast, regardless of sector, who want to know more about AI.

All levels of experience are welcome, from AI novices to those who are already using AI in their business but want to know more.

Whilst AI offers many opportunities, these need to be balanced against the risks. In this interactive session, will cover some of the key legal and ethical considerations businesses need to be aware of when building or embracing AI systems. Ben will cover issues around the use of data, copyright materials and the risks associated with the outputs from AI tools.

Our new AI Expert in Residence, Yulia Dzenkovska, will discuss and demonstrate how the practical uses of AI technology and tools can apply to your business, using examples from real Northeast organisations. She will discuss threats and barriers to the use of AI, and the opportunities AI can bring to your business.

The BIPC will show you how our Citylife Business Support funding, Experts-in-Residence program and Intellectual Property advisors can assist you in revolutionising your business with AI – absolutely free!

This event is not to be missed, so book your place today!
