Ai For Neurodivergence: An Interactive Learning Lab

Hampton Roads, you asked, we delivered. Very little things in life are built for the neurodivergent brain. There are Ai labs everywhere, but very few that help solve one of the most pressing challenges today.
Adults with ADHD, ADHD-like symptoms from trauma and anxiety, ADD and executive dysfunction are more likely to be unemployed or out of school, and are at a significantly higher risk of being fired, and struggle heavily with task initiation, meeting deadlines, and sustaining focus. This includes getting out of bed, brushing teeth, and showering.
Basic chores (like laundry, bills, and meal preparation) trigger intense mental paralysis or procrastination due to a breakdown in planning and time perception.
Chronic failure to meet daily expectations breeds severe internalized shame, low self-esteem, and an increased risk of worsening depressive episodes.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll use AI to build custom workflows, reminders, study assistants, planners, and productivity tools that help with executive functioning, time blindness, money management and everyday overwhelm.
Bring your laptop. Leave with an AI toolkit built for your life.
