Before asking what AI can do for your business, we're asking a more important question: How does your business actually work?
We'll start with coloring. Literally.
Paper, markers, and a map of how work gets done in your business. We'll explore systems thinking, practical AI applications, and how to identify opportunities where technology can tactifully make a difference.
Through interactive exercises, demonstrations, small-group discussions, and perspectives from local professionals, we'll challenge the idea that adopting AI means changing everything about how you work.
