CPSi is the longest running international creativity and innovation conference in the USA. Debbie and I will be presenting on how to build an AI Agent for Innovative Team management and collaboration. The agent will allow managers and team members to input the team and innovation models their company uses and ask the agent to assist with interpersonal relationship building, communication, conflict resolution, and innovation for better decision making.
