About this Event
Using AI for Market Outreach
Three hours. Your laptop. One real prospect you want to reach. You'll leave with an AI workflow that finds prospects, researches them, and drafts outreach in your actual voice.
Lunch will be served, come early to dig in and introduce yourselves.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This workshop is for you if:
- You're in sales, business development, or run your own book of business
- You've tried using AI for outreach and the results sounded generic
- You want a repeatable system — not a one-time trick
This is not an intro to AI. We're assuming you've used ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. We're picking up from there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THE ROOM
Hour 1 — Find Them Where do your best prospects actually live online? Michael will demo how to mine trade publications, networking event calendars, and public business databases to build a live prospect list. You'll see how he used AI to process thousands of records from Hawaii trade media — in a fraction of the time it would take manually.
Hour 2 — Sound Like Yourself Generic AI drafts don't get replies. People reply to people. In this hour, you'll build a simple voice corpus in about 10 minutes — a short set of your own writing that teaches AI how you communicate. Then watch the difference between a cold ChatGPT draft and one trained on your voice. On the same prospect. Side by side.
Hour 3 — Iterate to Send The first draft is never the draft you send. This hour is about the editorial loop: AI generates V1, you push back, refine, and get to something you'd actually hit send on. We'll do this live in front of the room on a real prospect.
YOUR PRESENTERS
Valerie Koenig — Aloha Business Coaching Valerie has practiced consultative sales in Hawaii for 30 years. She's trained and works with businesses from solo operators to large contractors. She'll make sure what you build in this workshop actually translates to how real sales conversations close.
Michael Galam — Galam Arts Michael is a creative builder with nearly 30 years at the intersection of design and technology. He's done product design for robotics platforms, built interfaces for Google, Samsung, and Cisco, and now builds AI systems for Hawaii's trades and small businesses. His outreach tools — Sonar, Construct, and Echo — run in his own business every day. His thesis: AI doesn't have craft. You do.
