AI Discovery Workshop - Industry Use Case Sprint

This intensive one-day AI Discovery workshop is designed to shift participants’ perspective from viewing AI as a simple chatbot to understanding it as a practical business enablement tool. The session follows a structured discovery approach to identify and evaluate AI opportunities using guided analysis rather than technical implementation.

Participants will work through one of three sample use cases and examine real operational scenarios across functions such as administration, HR, finance, or operations to uncover workflow gaps and inefficiencies. These findings will be consolidated into a “Problem Bank” to support structured discussion and prioritization.

The objective is to translate general AI concepts into the organization’s operational context and produce a validated set of potential AI solutions for initial implementation exploration.
