AI Curious to AI Confident: Session 1 - "Introductory Offer"

Curious about AI but not quite sure where to start?

Perhaps you’ve tried ChatGPT a few times but don’t really know what else it can do, or you keep hearing about AI and feel as though everyone else understands something you don’t.

This workshop is designed for you.

AI Curious to AI Confident is a practical, beginner-friendly, face-to-face workshop designed to take away some of the mystery surrounding AI and help you start using it confidently in everyday life and work.

You don’t need any previous AI experience. You just need to be comfortable using your own laptop and navigating the internet. Whether you’re completely new to ChatGPT or you’ve already experimented with it and want to understand how to use it properly, we’ll help you build from where you are.

We’ll start with the basics, explain AI in plain English and then get hands-on with ChatGPT.

During the session you will:

• Understand what AI and ChatGPT actually are, without the technical jargon
• Learn how to use ChatGPT safely and confidently
• Write your first useful prompts and see how small changes can improve the results
• Discover practical ways you can use AI in everyday life and work
• Learn how to save and manage useful information and outputs
• Start building your own Personal Clone, teaching ChatGPT about you, how you work and how you prefer it to respond
• Receive practical resources to help you continue learning after the workshop

This isn’t a session where you sit and watch someone demonstrate AI for two hours. Bring your laptop, because you’ll be using it yourself.

We’ll work through things together, with plenty of time to practise, experiment, ask questions and get help if you get stuck. Nobody is expected to already know what they’re doing with AI.

Session 1 also provides the foundation for the rest of our Smart Guide Training programme. Once you have completed it, you can move on to Session 2, where we teach you how to communicate with AI more effectively and get much better results from it. Those wanting to take AI into their business can then progress to Sessions 3 and 4.
