📌 Overview
Most organisations have bought AI tools. Very few have built AI capability. This 2-day immersive workshop closes that gap. Participants learn how to think with AI before they learn how to use it. They leave with a working mental model, a tested workflow strategy, and a configured AI assistant built on their own platform of choice. The course is anchored to the Anthropic AI Fluency Framework (4D: Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) currently the most systematically validated AI fluency framework from any frontier AI lab. 60% of the programme is hands-on.
