Artificial intelligence is changing how businesses operate, how employees do their jobs, and how decisions are made. But with so much attention on AI, what does it really mean for your business?
Join us for MetroNorth's Annual Meeting as Dr. Seth Ketron, Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of St. Thomas, provides a timely presentation about how AI is transforming the workplace and what employers need to know:
Productivity: What can AI help us accomplish, and how can businesses thoughtfully integrate it into everyday operations?
People: What can't—or shouldn't—AI replace? How do we balance new technology with the human skills, relationships, and judgment that remain essential?
Patrons: How is AI changing customer expectations, behaviors, and purchasing decisions, and what does that mean for businesses trying to reach and serve them?
The luncheon will also include a recap of our 2026 highlights, volunteer recognition, and the election of incoming board members. Register your entire team – this is a program you won’t want to miss!
