AI AS AN ACCESS TOOL

No Gra Gra with DK Jonah

DK Jonah founded The No Gra Gra Practice and has been working with these tools since 2022. She teaches them the way he teaches everything else: no rush, no force, no gra gra. Slow first, then precise.

Your AI is being too nice to you.

It agrees with you. It praises your idea. It tells you that's a great question.

And you walk away with nothing you didn't already have.

This is not a prompting workshop. There is no list of tools, no fifty best prompts, no automations. Those sessions exist and they're easy to find. This one is about the thing underneath — how you actually work with it, and what you have to bring before it can be any use to you at all.

Everybody is selling you speed.

Do more. Move faster. Don't get left behind.

That sale runs on gra gra. And speed on top of unclear thinking is just confusion, faster. It's the reason most people open the thing twice, look at what comes back, think is that it — and quietly close it again.

AI should work with you. But it cannot work with somebody it has never met. Most people start every conversation with it as a total stranger, then feel let down when the answer would fit a total stranger. That's not the tool failing. That's a stranger being polite.

So we spend ninety minutes on three questions.

Nobody gets good at this in ninety minutes. You get good at it by coming back.

This session is the front door to the No Gra Gra AI Club — every week online, and once a month in this room. £5 a session, pay as you go. No membership, no commitment, no direct debit. Come when you can, miss what you miss.

We're still working out together what each week looks like, and that's deliberate — the people who come early get to shape it. Put your name down on the day.

Does it know me? — you, before the prompt Will it push me? — friction, not flattery Who keeps the judgement? — the seat you never leave

We go paper first and phone second. Nothing gets typed for the first fifty minutes, on purpose — your thinking has to exist before a machine can help you with it. Then you'll watch me use it badly on purpose, then properly, and then you'll have your own honest go with someone walking the room beside you.

What you leave holding

Three cards, in your own handwriting:

What it doesn't know about me — the context nobody thinks to give it

How I want to be pushed — three rules, in your words, for how it's allowed to treat you

My warm-up — the four lines you say before you ask it anything, and one move you'll make this week

Not one line of it will have come from a machine.

Who it's for

Anyone. You do not need to be technical. If you've never opened one of these things and you're quietly tired of feeling late — this is the room. If you've used it for months and keep getting answers that sound like a brochure — also this room.

What you don't need

You don't need to pay for anything. Free accounts do everything we do.

You don't need a laptop. A phone is fine. No phone is also fine — you'll pair with someone.

You don't need to prepare. Please don't. Come exactly as you are.

Bring a pen. That part is not optional.

And then it keeps going
